Cosmo Veggie Day 2

It is true my wonderful readers, I started my voyage into vegetarianism on Monday (see previous post), but since I am too lazy to post a blog at 12am I will be a day behind documenting my adventure.
Breakfast : Oatmeal & fruit & Green Tea
Lunch: Involved a communication process… as it sometimes does.
Cosmo Texts Root Beer: Wanna go to lunch? (In my hurry to get out the door, I had left mine on the table right by the door at home.)
Root Beer Texts back: Sure, where?Cosmo Answers: …
After a bit of research and a great deal of thought, Panera Bread came to mind. It would fit my new Veggie lifestyle (lifestyle sounds so much better than diet) and make Root Beer happy.Cosmo responds: How does Panera bread sounds?Root Beer: Great… meet ya there!Panera bread ended up working out wonderfully! After careful examination of the menu, I ordered a Tomato Mozzarella Panini, broccoli cheese soup & coffee. I did not miss the cow meat at all… wow! Who would have thunk it?
** No snack today. I wasn’t hungry! Very unusual for me! Bully for me!!! **
Dinner was interesting…The girls (Rummy & Tini) were meeting me at my house so we could record another yummy podcast! Being the foodies that we are, we always have dinner before the podcast, so that meant I had to cook. (Poor Girls!)
I ended up going to the grocery store on the way home, so I could get supplies for my new “adventure” and for dinner. After spending way too much money on produce & gawking at the young college kids (the grocery store is next door to a big college), I made my way home… 20 minutes AFTER I was suppose to meet the girls. Lucky for me they were forgiving when the Spaghetti and Salad was ready to eat.
Out podcast was great! We ended up recording two podcasts since our lives have gotten a bit busier.
The good news is that as soon as I get off my lazy ass, the Halloween podcast will be posted! Make sure you have a listen, since Rummy tells us all about Fantasy Fest and how she got “Painted” for the occasion.
