Cosmos Vegetarian Day 4 (Wednesday)

Happy Thursday readers!

While scarfing down my Oatmeal w/fruit, homemade juice, and vitamins, I chatted with bud about our weekend plans, which are still up in the air. There are a few things that we HAVE to happen this weekend like go to THE Halloween party, study (Bud), mountain biking, and enjoy the weekend. The problem is how to fit all of those into my (and his) busy schedule…

Lunch. After a PB&J, I decided to take a break from my computer and go to Barnes and Nobles to enjoy their nice book selection. I wanted to read about a few books that Zen Habits had chatted about and enjoy a nice Soy Chai Tea. While the counter person tried to up sell me to a Grande Chai (Just a few cents more, apparently), I saw the blueberry scones, which I’m an absolute sucker for, so of course I bought one immediately.

After Lunch, I was able to take the rest of the day off! Sometimes I really love my job! I went home, cuddled in bed and had EVERY intention of reading some of the books I bought, when Bud pokes his head in, so no book reading for me.
**Disclaimer: Bud and I do not live together, but he does stay over at my house a few days during the week, or commute & cuddle purposes**

Snack time was pretty yummy. It was comprised of some fancy beer nuts (can beer nuts ever be fancy?) and some cheese and crackers. Goat cheese with wheat thins is a very yummy and creamy (Hee hee) snack.
While watching the Obama Info-mercial , Bud and I ate our dinner of boiled peanuts, grapes, and pasta salad. To drink I had homemade ice tea and Bud had beer (can you guess what kind?).

It’s Thursday morning (posting a day behind) and I’m feeling great! I don’t miss meat at all, in fact, it sounds unappealing to me I chatted with Cab this morning and she says things are going well for her also.

Cab said “Going Veggie has made me focus on more healthy choices.”

Although, we both agreed to not give up fish. Yeah, maybe we aren’t “True” vegetarians, but fish is yummy and good for you!

So, have a wonderful Thursday everyone & be on the look out for our next podcast about Halloween. I plan to post it sometime today!

Cheerful Cosmo

I have oatmeal every morning so I guess I'm a morning vegetarian at least. ;)
