I'm a Pesca what?

Pescetarianism. It defines me and my path of veggie-dom for the time being. I went to the Food and Wine Festival this past weekend and in speaking with the chef for NBA Restaurant, he described my eating habits to a "T." Apparently, his wife was once a vegan but has switched over to the pesca reality. That's when I had to do a little research about it. Here's a definition I found online which really makes perfect sense (to me):

I bought a tuna steak last night...it was just red and pretty sitting there (alright maybe I was thinking of a steak) and whatever the reason, I had to indulge. Took it home, made a little marinade, popped it into the fridge for awhile and voila, dinner was easy when my "Baby, I really don't want to do this veggie thing anymore" love of my life came home. He liked the tuna and the salad. He even went back for seconds. Who knew pescetarianism could be so yummy? I guess I'll give him a pass for his text of a few minutes ago which simply said, "Bean burritos, this is getting old." Guess he's not of the "pesca" clan or maybe he really just wants a cheeseburger!
