Cosmos Vegetarian Day 4 (Thursday)

Happy Halloween readers! I hope you are all going to have a wonderful time. Maybe get lucky…. :D

So for breakfast I had…. Juice. Yeap only some yummy homemade juice (apple, papaya, cantelope, and carrot) but it seemed to work out well, since I didn’t get hungry until lunch time.

Lunch was yummy. A PB&J greeted me with open arms and some pasta salad. Yummy! I now understand why children LOVE PB&Js. They are messy and like dessert.

Snack. I fell off the wagon a bit here. I was super hungry for some reason (maybe it was the juice for breakfast) so I broke down and made amends with the vending machine. Fritos and coca cola was my drugs of choice. At least I didn’t get a hamburger.

Snack II. Yes, I was still hungry, so around 5 I had more pasta salad (I made enough to feed an army) and watched some TV before I went to pottery class.

Pottery class was great! I threw on the wheel (Like in the movie ghost w/out Patrick swasy) for the second time and made two good bowls, which is a GREAT achievement for me. When the end of class arrived, I was dirty, elated and had three bowls (one looked like a Dr. Seuss wanna be) to show for it!

Dinner was late, quick, but good. A grill cheese made the star appearance. Along with boiled peanuts (yum) and a salad. Of course I had a big glass of ice tea to wash it all down with!
So there ya have it boys and girls, Day 4 of Veggie life. No cravings for meat yet and I'm feeling pretty good!

Cheerful Cosmo
