So, being the renowned vegetarian expert that I am (SARCASM), I sent this email to my Partner in crime, Cab.

I told Bud about our infection. Unfortunately he totally denied infecting us, Lying bastard!
Cab, did you know that Chicken broth is considered Meat. WTF is that about! Chicken broth is soo YUMMY!

Sigh.. if you can’t kill it… then learn to live with it. Here is some stuff I found out about our infection.

A few things I keep around the house (since I started dating Bud).

- refrigerated pasta w/good canned sauce. (Ya know, the cheese stuffed pasta or just the regular pasta, not the kind you have to boil. You can warm up the sauce & then add pasta. Cook for a few more minutes...easy peasy!)
- Granola or Cliff bars (my fav http://www.amazon.com/Clif-Bar-Energy-Chocolate-Peanut/dp/B000RZCBAU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1225136311&sr=8-2. you can get them at Publix pretty cheap)
- Pretzels (Something to keep his mouth shut munch on)
- Frozen pizza (Publix Spinach is good)
- Amy's frozen entrees (When you don't want to cook, but want something good!)
- Rinsed grapes in Fridge (These are great. They look pretty which encourages you to munch on them!)
- Frozen soybeans (edamame). They are out of the norm, yummy and SUPER easy!
- Last but not least Lots of WINE!
Beware of:
- Veggie dogs (Bud says they are gross... that is enough for me!)
- Tofu (Keep an open mind, but try to find some good recipes first. Raw tofu..not so great)
- Imitation meat... (I haven't found a good "meat" yet. Boca burgers are yummy but imitation meat...is usually not so great.)
